Endurance and Tone - Full Body

Client Goal: Endurance and Tone

Client Profile: Female, aged 22, used to resistance training

Programming Rationale: Client is quad-dominant and has knee problems so needs to work on the posterior chain (glutes and hamstrings) to even out imbalances and protect her knees. As a result, more emphasis is placed on exercises that use glutes and hamstrings, such as the reverse variation of a lunge. Each session finishes with core to both tone the mid-section and improve form during resistance movements. 

Weekly Structure: 1x Resistance Session, 1x Circuit Session, 2x Running Sessions
